Bring in this exact picture and say I want my hair EXACTLY like this.. unless you don't.. Lets say you want it EXACTLY like that but longer.. Say I want my hair exactly like this picture but 1 inch longer... a good hair stylist will ask you questions to find what your looking for :)
You should ask for a straight cut bob just above the shoulders don't ask her for layers just ask her to thin the ends out a bit

it is slightly tapered in the front, more at the bottom and at her chin. but basically all the same length.
i would tell her shoulder length and dirty blonde color.

I have a very similar style. Say one length, beyond the chin, middle part. Somewhat like Kate Bosworth. But print out the picture that is your best bet.

Well just like the People below said, take the picture, BUT be sure to tell your stylist you want this hair cut, BUT where it suit me, but you want it to look good on your, you could have the exact same hair cut but it might not look the same on you as the photo,
