The hairdresser thineed out my hair too much, can i now get layers to help?

so 2months ago she used the razor to thin out my hair but she thinned it out too much, ive let it grow for 2 months so its a bit better, i had just the layers b4 this event happened and my hair was a lot thicker [ also becuz it hadnt been razored] but if i got my hair completely layered wud it help thickin it out or at least until it grows sum more, or wud it just be a mess, please give me experiences and help :( The hairdresser thineed out my hair too much, can i now get layers to help?
ok so the problem with using a razor to cut hair is it does just that, thins out your hair way to much and frays your ends. since you have waited 2 months, it is a good time to go get a new haircut and let who ever cuts your hair only uses scissors, stay away from razors. i do suggest getting some layers they will make your hair look thicker and give it some body. they will also bring your hair back to a healthy state and help it grow quicker. good luck!
