How would i describe this hairstyle to a hairdresser?

Its on minute 3:06 and 3:13 of this video.....its the girl with the dark skin.





Thing is I have hair thats about 2/3 inches below my shoulder and in this video its bob-length! how would i explain that to my hairdresser??
