I have straight hair slightly past my shoulders, can you tell me how I can style my hair like this?

Ok if your hair is straight the first thing you need to do is get some volume. So put some gel in your hair and use some big fat rollers. Straight hair usually has a hard time holding curl, so letting your hair dry on the rollers will allow your hair to keep the structure. Once you have the head all curled, run your fingers thru it to loosen up the curls and then pin it up. Take small sections and start pinning everything back. Once you have gone all around the perimeter of your head you will have a big mass in the back. Take medium size sections the hair will curl and just pin those curl up. Its really not a hard do. You just need to get the structure. The rollers will also give you some volume in the front around your face. Can some one with hair experience, such as a hairdresser, help me out?
You will have to get extensions to get the full effect. Glued in if you want a long hairstyle for a long period of time, or get clip-ins for a temporary.
You will have to put you hair up into a pony tail first and curl buts around the band for a base. Then get the remaining strands and twiddle and place them into position with bobby pins or tiny hair pins, Hold firmly with loads of hair spray. May I suggest Bristows or Tresemme?
