What should I ask the hairdresser?

I like this fringe but I'm making some other ideas as well, so I'm not going to print the picture out, but what should I ask the hairdresser for that type of fringe?

if a client asked for a long sweeping fringe this is how i would cut it. The fringe doesnt look layered to me, as it isnt choppyWhat should I ask the hairdresser?
I would say a long side layered fringe. Print it out and show them the pic!!!
