There's a saying ';a picture is worth a thousand words.'; This is especially true with hair. Take the photo with you.
Look throught the magazines at the salon...I am sure you'll find a similiar color...the color looks like natural strawberry blonde to me though. After you get your hair done you can stop at the plastic surgent to get the face of the girl too...I am sure the plastic surgent will have similar faces as the girl in the picture to let you choose from...but personally I'd rather be myself and maybe you should think of being yourself too.
Print out the picture and have her colormatch it.
If it is a good hair place your going to, then I would suggest brining in this picture along with a few more so they can get the idea of what you want. it would be more accurate to your liking opposed to just saying like a brown caramel color.

My hair was very close to this color. It was done with Light golden brown low lights and light blonde high lights. Very thin strands were used for the highlights so it was more natural and not chunky.
Print this out if you can and show it to your hairdresser to give her an idea of what color you would like.
Get her email and email the pic to her. Or get a magazine off the shelf and find a similar color and then bring that pic to the consultation.
